With the highest rate of HIV in Latin America, Honduras is the epicenter of the AIDS epidemic. At Siempre Unidos, we're attacking on all fronts.
Working in partnership with the Episcopal Diocese of Honduras and the government of Honduras, we provide comprehensive care for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Our services are available without regard to gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation or ability to pay. We provide safe places for confidential AIDS testing, and—perhaps most importantly—engage in community education about HIV prevention and care. We work with high risk groups, and advocate for the rights of those living with HIV/AIDS. Our goal is to improve their health while respecting their dignity.
